An ancient Chinese tradition, practiced as a graceful form of exercise, involving a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Classes range from beginner to intermediate and focus on improving health and reducing stress and anxiety. Registration is required.

Country Line DancingTuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 7:30-9 PM
Learning a variety of steps common in line dancing choreography, plus understanding terminology, posture, and the basics to give a solid dance foundation and build confidence. Classes range from beginner to advanced. Classes are $20 per person (discount available for multi-class punch card). Registration is required.

Yoga with LoriMondays, 7:30-8:30pm & Wednesdays, 6-7pm
All levels are welcome at Yin Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga! These classes move through a series of fluid postures linking breath to movement and are designed to help reduce stress while gaining strength in a mindful and gentle way. Classes are $15/$12 drop in (discount available with 5 week session advanced purchase). Registration is required.
