Information & Vendor Application
We are excited to host our 1st Annual Foodie Fest & Craft Fair at the Heritage Center and Heritage Park on Saturday, June 15th! We look forward to working with you and giving our communities the opportunity to discover, meet, and shop directly from dozens of local artists and makers producing handmade and one-of-a-kind goods. The vendor application is available at the bottom of this page. Please read this page thoroughly before applying. Our organization will carefully review all applications before approving and processing, and we reserve the right to accept and/or deny any application.
Vendor Information
Permitted craft vendors for this event include clothing, accessories, bags, jewelry, home decor, bath and body, children's toys, art, floral, and other specialty crafts.
Food and beverage vendors (excluding food trucks) are NOT permitted at this event.
Interested food trucks, do not complete the vendor application and please inquire with [email protected] or call 631-403-4846.
Flower and plant vendors are permitted. Vendors with fresh produce are NOT permitted at this event.
There will be a limited number of spaces available for children's activity vendors. Permitted vendors include temporary tattoos, face painting, sand art, balloon art, and specialty crafts.
Pets/animals (excluding service animals) are prohibited on Town of Brookhaven property and are NOT permitted.
The following are NOT permitted to participate in this event: direct sales, authors/book signings, social/religious/political organizations (excluding the local chamber, civic, and legislative organizations), service organizations and firms, and non-profit organizations. Fundraising is strictly prohibited.

This event will take place both indoors and outdoors and is a rain or shine event. NO refunds will be given for cancellations and/or no-shows.
The event will run from 9 AM to 3 PM. You may begin setting up at 8 AM. No set-up will be permitted the night before. There is no parking or unloading on the grass/sidewalk areas.
All spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors must supply their own display and bring their own materials (tables, chairs, tablecovers, sanitary/cleaning, tents, display materials, etc.). All booths should be clean and professional looking.
Electricity will be provided inside the building only. If you need access to electricity, please choose the option for an indoor space. Indoor spaces are limited.
Tents/canopies are highly recommended for outdoor spaces and must be properly secured with weights or ground stakes.
Vendors are not permitted to place items on walkways and sidewalks. These areas must be left open for pedestrian traffic.
Please be mindful that the location of this event is at a park and includes different terrains that may not be level. We cannot guarantee any location requests or other special requests.
Should you encounter any issues during set-up, please direct it to the attention of a staff member so we can assist immediately and address your concerns.
Each vendor is responsible for the safety, protection, and insurance of their own booth, merchandise, and materials at all times and will not hold North Shore Youth Council, the Heritage Center, the Town of Brookhaven, and/or Suffolk County responsible or liable for any losses or damages to property or injury to person.

We expect all vendors to adhere to all guidelines, be courteous, be respectful, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any vendor or person from the premises for negative interactions and/or inappropriate behavior.

Parking
Free parking is available at the Heritage Park municipal parking lot, at the TD Bank (Mount Sinai-Coram Rd.), and at the Town of Brookhaven Rose Caracappa Senior Center (Route 25A). Please be mindful and respectful of the surrounding neighborhood if parking on the side streets.

Fee & Application Process
The vendor fee for 2024 is $75.00.
Please fully complete the application below for our review. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis or until we reach capacity for this event. Applications are reviewed as soon as possible, but please allow at least 24-48 hours for review (Monday thru Friday, regular business hours). After we have reviewed your application, a staff member will contact you. Approved applications must be paid by check made payable to North Shore Youth Council, which can be brought to the Heritage Center.
