Join the fun and enter our first ever apple pie contest as part of our Fall Into Fun Festival & Fundraiser!
One winner in each category will be awarded a canvas tote bag filled with goodies and a medal proclaiming their pie to be the best in the land!
All proceeds support our Heritage Center programs and building expansion. Thank you!

Bakers, please note the following rules:
Pies must be dropped off at the Heritage Center by 9:30am on October 6th.
A full list of ingredients is required (no measurements necessary). Please indicate if the pie is gluten-free and/or contains nuts.
All pies must be homemade and from scratch. No store-bought crusts or fillings.
All pies must have a bottom crust. Pies can be made with a traditional or decorative top crust, streusel or crumble topping, or other creative topping.
Apples must be the main filling ingredient. Please do not use raisins or other fruits. Nuts are not allowed as a filling ingredient, but can be used in the crust if needed for a gluten-free pie.
All pies must be made and presented in disposable pie containers.
One entry per household.
Amateur bakers only.
Entry fees are nonrefundable.
Rule violations may be cause for your pie to be deemed ineligible for participation, at the sole discretion of North Shore Youth Council and the Heritage Center.
Remember to have fun and bake your best pie!

The judges’ scores will not be distributed to the public or participants.
After the awards are distributed, festival attendees will be invited to purchase a delicious slice of pie ($3 per slice or $5 for two).

How to enter:
Please download and complete the registration form and return with entry fee to the Heritage Center. Registrations must be received by October 1st. Enter your pie in one of our three categories:
